NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 5th September, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1029, in Volume D1, Folio 1045/1654, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Joshua Makori Moturi Mingate, of P.O. Box 229–40200, Kisii in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Joshua Makori Mingate, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Joshua Makori Mingate, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Joshua Makori Moturi Mingate, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Joshua Makori Moturi Mingate only.
