NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 3rd December, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 507, in Volume D1, Folio 12/95, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Faith Mbithe Muthoka, of P.O. Box 55– 90130, Machakos in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Fidelis Mbithe Muthoka, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Fidelis Mbithe Muthoka, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Faith Mbithe Muthoka, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Faith Mbithe Muthoka only.
