NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th February, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1521, in Volume D1, Folio 246/1498, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Catherina Teresia Onyancha (guardian), of P.O. Box 46967–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Joy Omache (minor), formerly known as Moraa Whitney Ogochi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Moraa Whitney Ogochi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Joy Omache, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Joy Omache only.
