NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 20th November, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 87, in Volume D1, Folio 59/502, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Mohamud Ahmed Hassan, formerly known as Mohamud Hassan Maalim, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mohamud Hassan Maalim, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mohamud Ahmed Hassan, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mohamud Ahmed Hassan only.
