THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gala Holdings Limited, of P.O. Box 81306, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Portion No. 637- Mambrui, containing 10.97 hectares or thereabout, situate in the Mambrui Township in the Kilifi District, registered as No. CR. 23254, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, and whereas the proprietor has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period. I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of Indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33 (3) of the Act. Dated the 20th June, 2025. S. N.
