WHEREAS Simon Njuguna Mwangi (ID/11396196), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.045 hectare or thereabouts, known as LongonotKijane Block 4/4314 (Rare), situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
