REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Pius Macharia Kamau, is the personal representative of the estate of Mwangi Mwikamba (deceased), of P.O. Box 71217- 00610, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land known as L.R. No. 36/1/99, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a conveyance, registered as Volume N17 File 131/10 File 5989, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property land register shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
