REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mufaddal Zienuddin Yusufali Mamujee (administrator) and Huzaifa Zienuddin Mamujee, both of P.O. Box 22458–00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as freehold proprietors of all that parcel of land known as Plot No. 3399/III/MN, situate in the North of Mtwapa Creek in Kilifi District, registered as CR. No. 41293 and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that at the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within the period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33(3) of the Act.
