WHEREAS Friedrick Alfons Josef Brinkmann, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land, situate in Kwale, known as Kwale/Diani Beach Block/1538, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said white card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new white card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
