REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Charles Mbugua Ngugi, as Trustee for (1) Kenneth Ngugi Muhindi and (2) Francis Miiri Muhindi, all of P.O. Box 1702- 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that parcel of land known as L.R. No. 20064/2, situate in the THE KENYA GAZETTE 20th June, 2025 south west of Kikuyu in Kiambu District, by virtue of a certificate of title, registered as I.R. 88990/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
