IN EXERCISE of powers conferred under Article 210 of the Constitution of Kenya, section 159 of the Public Finance Management Act and sections (5) and (6) of the Kilifi County Tax Waivers Administration Act, the County Executive Committee Member for Finance, Economic Planning and Resource Mobilization with concurrence of the Governor of the County Government of Kilifi grants 100% waiver on penalties and interests on Land Rates and Single Business Permits. This notice shall take effect from the 1st May, 2025 to 31st May, 2025. This waiver is aimed at encouraging defaulting rate payers to pay such amount as may enable the county government recover the amount owing from the defaulting rate payer. Dated the 11th April, 2025.
