THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION
WHEREAS (1) Kikwai Daniel Kiprono and (2) Ettah Kiprono
Keino, both of P.O. Box 1650–20200, Kericho in the Republic of
Kenya, are registered as administrators of all that estate of Moses
Kiprono arap Keino, known as L.R. No. 8346/9, situate in north of
Londiani township in Kericho District, by virtue of a certificate of
title, registered as I.R. 212378/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has
been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has
been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days
from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title
provided that no objection has been received within that period.
