REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rebecca Mugure Kariuki, of 100, Prospect Street, Apartment S310, Stamford CT, 06901, USA, is the registered proprietor of all that Apartment No. 603, erected on all that parcel of land known as L.R. No. 4857/65, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease, registered as I.R. 137022/1, and whereas the Standard Chartered Bank Kenya Limited has executed a discharge of charge in favor of the proprietor, and whereas an affidavit has been filed pursuant to section 31 as evidence that the said lease has been misplaced, notice is given that after the expiry of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof I shall dispense with the production of the grant and register the transfer provided that no objection has been received within that period.
