REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ngacha Chege (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Nairobi/Block 48/467, situate in the district of Nairobi, containing 0.3642 hectare or thereabouts, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. E728 of 2024, has issued a grant letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Susan Wanjiru Nganga and (2) Geoffrey Kinyanjui Njenga, both of P.O. Box 30124– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
