THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Antony Muchoki, of P.O. Box 2720, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land, known as Subdivision No. 8786/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District and registered as C.R. 52012, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register in respect of this title has been lost/misplaced and whereas the owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiry of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, unless a written objection is received within that period, I shall proceed with the registration of the said deed of indemnity and reconstruct the land register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act.
