THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Nduachi Mbugua (ID/1018066), of P.O. Box 104, Gatundu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, situate in district of Murang’a, registered under title No. known as Makuyu/Kariaini/ Block 11/1156, containing 0.1351 hectare or thereabouts, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under section 33(5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
