GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 17524

WHEREAS John Wainaina Kariuki (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Kiambu/Lari/1273, containing 0.103 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Limuru in 28th November, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE Succession Cause No. E236 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Jane Nduta Wainaina, (2) Joseph Kariuki Wainaina and (3) Willy Nganga Wainaina, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said John Wainaina Kariuki (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title and proceed with registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 19 and L.R.A. 7 and issue land title deed to the said (1) Jane Nduta Wainaina, (2) Joseph Kariuki Wainaina and (3) Willy Nganga Wainaina, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said John Wainaina Kariuki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
