GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 17530

WHEREAS Simon Njeru Njiru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Mbeti/Gachoka/7462, situate in the sub-county of Mbeere, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Embu in Succession Cause No. 115 of 2022, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Phylis Wawira Kariuki, of P.O. Box 32– 60100, Embu and (2) Betty Wakio Kariuki of P.O. Box 32–60100, Embu in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the said court has executed land application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 19 in respect of the said parcel of land registered in the name of Simon Njeru Njiru (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 19 in the name of (1) Phylis Wawira Kariuki, of P.O. Box 32–60100 Embu and (2) Betty Wakio Kariuki of P.O. Box 32–60100 Embu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Simon Njeru Njiru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
