REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Owala Owele (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as Kamagambo/Koluoch/201, situate in the district of Migori, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title deed to Dalmas Otieno Mbuche having been gazetted as an administrator under Succession Cause No. 46 of 2025 at the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Migori, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
