REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Julius Kipkorir Kandie, is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land known as Moiben/Kimnai/258, situate in the county of Elgeiyo Marakwet, containing 8.6 hectares or thereabout, and whereas a certificate of title issued to him on 20th August, 1995 was cancelled Vide case No. ELCA E5 of 2022, at environment and Land Court at Iten Law Court, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title issued to the said Julius Kipkorir Kandie, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
