THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Terbisalam Company Limited, of P.O. Box 54009– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, containing 0.6893 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. 209/1916/6, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairoboi Area, and whereas all efforts made to summon the parties, collect evidence and recover the fraudulent grant to be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, and whereas the evidence to show that Terbisalam Company Limited have received the summons and failed to appear, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title and proceed with the cancellation of the transfer to Terbisalam Company Limited under section 79 (2) of the Act and retain Skyzen Group Limited as the registered owners of the property.
