GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 17543

WHEREAS Joseph Nkaiwatei Ololana, is registered proprietor of all that property known as Cis-Mara/Maji Moto/1376, situated in Narok County and whereas the said parcel previously belonged to Ronkoka Ole Kisio and whereas on the 22nd August, 2019 an agreement was entered between (1) Ronkoka Ole Kisio and (2) Joseph Nkalwetoi Ololana for the sale of 30 acres out of 48 acres whereas one Joseph Nkalwetoi Ololana contrary to the said sale agreement transferred the entire parcel of land measuring 48 acres to himself instead of the 30acres which was procured through misrepresentation and falsification of facts in total disregard of the existence of a valid sale agreement and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to prove that the land title deed held by one Joseph Nkalwatei Ololarus was fraudulently acquired and whereas efforts made to compel one Joseph Nkalwatei Ololarus to surrender the said title deed and all the efforts to have the title deed surrendered for cancellation under section 14 (a) , (b) and section 79 (2) of the Act and regulations thereof but declined to do so and whereas notice is given that I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed to reinstate the title deed back to Ronkoka Ole Kisio to be available for succession and eventual subdivision and excision of 30 acres to Joseph Nkalwatei Ololarui and upon such reversion the fraudulent land title deed issued to Joseph Nkalwatei Ololarui, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no legal effect provided that no objection has been received within that period.
