APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to section 2, 26 and 27 of the Mental Health Act and the regulation thereof, take notice that this court in Miscellaneous Application No. E219 of 2023; Appointed (1) Annastacia Nthenya Itatu and (2) Samuel Lungati Olembo, as Managers and Legal guardian of the estate and all affairs of Norman Anjichi Olembo(Dr.). The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in the respect entered within fourteen (14) days from the date of this publication.
