pursuant to an Order issued by the High Court at Nairobi in Rosewood Capital Limited -vs- Office of the Official Receiver, case number HCCOMMIP/E001/2024 on the 13th October, 2025, and a letter of appointment dated the 7th November, 2025 issued by the Official Receiver.
