NOTICE is issued pursuant to provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, to the owners of motor vehicle which is lying at Apex Motor Mart Limited to take delivery of the said motor vehicle within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication, upon payment of all accumulated storage charges and any other incidental costs incurred as at the date delivery is taken. If the aforesaid motor vehicle is not collected at the expiry of the said notice, the same will be by public auction without any further reference to thereof. Vehicle Reg.
