NOTICE is given pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, to the owners of the Motor Vehicle/Salvage KBC 746Y. Model: Toyota Chassis No. AE100-0290138 which is lying at the premises of Dahlback Motors, Industrial area, Nairobi City County, to take delivery of the same within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication upon payment of all outstanding storage and repair charges and any other incidental cost incurred thereto at the date delivery is taken. , failure to which the same shall be sold by auction or private treaty by Milestone Auctioneer without any further notice thereof.
