NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 15th September, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 855, in Volume D1, Folio 386/3913, File MMXXV, by our client, Consolata Kanyiha Chege (guardian), of P.O. Box 18, Kithimani in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Emmanuel Mwangi Njihia (minor), formerly known as Emmanuel Mwangi Thiong’o, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Emmanuel Mwangi Thiong’o, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Emmanuel Mwangi Njihia, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Emmanuel Mwangi Njihia only.
