NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 27th November, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 928, in Volume D1, Folio 932/3808, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Ahmed Abukar Mohamed, of P.O. Box 225949–00504, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Ahmed Hassan Ali, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Ahmed Hassan Ali, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ahmed Abukar Mohamed, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Ahmed Abukar Mohamed only.
