NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 10th November, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 270, in Volume D1, Folio 372/3778, File MMXXV, by our Client, Olive Wambui Kaniu, of P.O. Box 27999– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Olive Wambui Muchai, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Olive Wambui Muchai, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Olive Wambui Kaniu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Olive Wambui Kaniu only.
