NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 7th November, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 476, in Volume D1, Folio 376/3831, File MMXXV, by myself, John Lisamula Shabaya (guardian), on behalf of Jo-jo Wafula Shabaya (minor), formerly known as Sean Jo Wafula Shabaya, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Sean Jo Wafula Shabaya, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jo-jo Wafula Shabaya, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Jo-jo Wafula Shabaya only.
