NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 20th November, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 755, in Volume D1, Folio 382/3884, File MMXXV, by our client, Alex Joshua Fateh En’ Kristo, of P.O. Box 1284–00502, Karen in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Alex Joshua Koigu Njeru, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Alex Joshua Koigu Njeru, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Alex Joshua Fateh En’ Kristo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name, Alex Joshua Fateh En’ Kristo only.
