NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 25th November, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 128, in Volume DB-115, Folio 2463/22532, File No. 1637, by our client, Asiya Ebrahim Admani, of P.O. Box 98737, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Binal Subhash Katwa, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Binal Subhash Katwa, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Asiya Ebrahim Admani, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Asiya Ebrahim Admani only.
