NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 31st October, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB-178, in Volume B-13, Folio 2459/22486, File No. 1637, by our client, Tima Badi Mwalimu, of P.O. Box 1828–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mwatime Badi Kain, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mwatime Badi Kain, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Tima Badi Mwalimu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Tima Badi Mwalimu only.
