APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 179 (2) (b) of
the Constitution of Kenya as read with sections 30 (2) (e) and 31 (d) of
the County Governments Act, I, Mohamud M. Ali, Governor, County
Government of Marsabit, do appoint—
FUNDI HUSSEIN ALI HUSSEIN
as the acting County Executive Committee Member for the
Department of Finance and Economic Planning for a period of three
(3) months.
