CAUSE NO. 2051 OF 2007 By (1) Edwin Wambaa Regeru and (2) Emma Muthoni Wambaa, both of P.O. Box 60008–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lawrence Regeru Wambaa, late of Kiambu, who died at Kiserian, on 4th February, 2007. CAUSE NO. E935 OF 2024 By Kalunde Nzyoka, of P.O. Box 1–90125, Kikima in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzyoka Kikuthi Mbuvi, late of Mutitu, who died there on 28th April, 2016. CAUSE NO. E936 OF 2024 By (1) Sila Njoroge Irungu and (2) David Mwangi Irungu, both of P.O. Box 214–10201, Kahuro in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pharis Irungu Njoroge alias Paris Irungu Njoroge late of Kaganda, Murang’a, who died at District Hospital, Murang’a in Kenya, on 14th April, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
