TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E945 OF 2024 By Manjula Dhanraj Shah, of P.O. Box 46422–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased’s last will, through Messrs. Hansal, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Dhanraj Mulchand Shah alias Dhanraj Mulchand Jetha Shah, late of General Mathenge, Nairobi, who died along General Mathenge Drive, on 20th November, 2021. CAUSE NO. E976 OF 2024 By Margaret Keru Njuguna, of P.O. Box 72146–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, through Messrs. Margaret Keru Njuguna, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Rose Njeri Maguathi alias Rose Njeri Muguathi alias Rose Njeri Magwathi, late of Kajiado East, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 6th September, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
