Box 17029–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Muthike Karubiu, late of Freehold Estate, Nakuru, who died at Komarock Modern Healthcare, on 27th May, 2023. CAUSE NO. E181 OF 2024 By (1) Timothy Mwangi Njihia, (2) Rufus Nganga Njihia and (3) Rebeca Wanjiru, all of P.O. Box 544–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Njihia Mwangi, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd May, 2024.
