TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2024 By (1) Mary Mbandi Njiro and (2) Eudias Igoki Nyaga, both of P.O. Box 822, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezekiel Njiru Mwige alias Njiru Mwige alias Njiro Mwige, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 15th August, 2002. CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2024 By (1) Teresa Wanjira Nderitu, (2) Dennis Muthee Nderitu and (3) Simon Kiminda Nderitu, all of P.O. Box 2208–90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndiritu Kiminda, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 10th April, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
