TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2024 By Elizabeth Nzani Wachira alias Elizabeth Nzani Ramtu, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julia Kasichana Ramtu, who died on 21st August, 2018. CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2024 By (1) Gabriel Buko Komora, of P.O. Box 58878–00200, Nairobi in Kenya and (2) Eunice Hasango Komora, of P.O. Box 31952–00600, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yuda Komora, who died on 6th November, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
