CAUSE NO. E506 OF 2024 (FORMERLY CAUSE NO. E718 OF 2024) By Wimsey Mutahi, of P.O. Box 72135–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, through Messrs. F. M. Kioko & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Rose Wanjira Mutahi, late of Nairobi, who died at Nakuru, on 18th December, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
