TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 7th February, 2025 CAUSE NO. E359 OF 2024 By Paul Olanda Otieno, of P.O. Box 1995, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Helida Saka Otieno, who died Kanyumba Village, on 7th July, 2022. CAUSE NO. E361 OF 2024 By (1) Agnes Atieno Onyango, (2) Violet Akinyi Onyango and (3) Cathorine Atieno Onyango, the deceased’s widow and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cleophas Onyango Okwach, who died on 16th July, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
