TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E349 OF 2023 By (1) Apollo Osango, (2) Bernard Osango Otieno, (3) Michael Ombuya and (3) Jenniffer Odongo, the deceased’s sons and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elija Osango Oulu alias Elijah Osango, who died at Karateng, Kisumu, on 11th March, 1989. CAUSE NO. E320 OF 2024 By Benter Anyango Owiti, of P.O. Box 4377, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Owiti Ogelo Okuoga, who died at Manyatta “B”, on 16th March, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
