TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 7th February, 2025 CAUSE NO. E237 OF 2024 By Saul Masabiro Mwilitsa, of P.O. Box 104, Shinyalu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwilitsa Lubeka Malaya alias Musa Mwilitsa Luveka, who died at Virhembe, on 14th July, 2006. CAUSE NO. E625 OF 2024 By (1) Edwin Lukhalo Luchitio and (2) Ordah Achitsa Chitsili, both of P.O. Box 104, Shinyalu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Helena Chasatsiri Luchitia alias Helena Khasatsili Luchitio, who died at St. Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 12th July, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
