E141 OF 2024 By Judith Navalayo Simiyu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wekesa Walukha alias Jackson Wekesa Khadede, who died at Mikuva Location, on 25th September, 2010. CAUSE NO. E237 OF 2024 By Elizabeth Museve Wamocha, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Wamocha Wekesa, who died at Kibisi Sub-location, on 11th February, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
