E179 OF 2024 By (1) Esther Wakonyo Ruku and (2) Pauline Njeri Waweru, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Ruku alias Patrick Ruku Mihari, who died at Kamunyaka Sub-location, on 18th June, 2022. CAUSE NO. E331 OF 2024 By George Mwaura Githambu, P.O. Box 61–01030, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Githambu Kabugi, who died at Kiamwangi Sub-location, on 6th April, 2013.
