Box 21686–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Gitonga Macharia, who died on 28th December, 2021. CAUSE NO. E313 OF 2024 By (1) Mary Wambui Gichuhi, (2) Margaret Nyawira Gitonga, (3) Simon Ngari Gitonga and (4) Florence Njoki Gitonga, all of P.O. Box 850–10100, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Evelen Wanjiru Gitonga, who died at Ngooru, Tetu, on 31st July, 2013. CAUSE NO. E320 OF 2024 By (1) Mary Wambui Gichuhi, (2) Margaret Nyawira Gitonga, (3) Simon Ngari Gitonga and (4) Florence Njoki Gitonga, all of P.O. Box 850–10100, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Merioth Wangechi Githonga alias Merioth Wangechi Gitonga, who died at Ngooru, on 25th April, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
