CAUSE NO. 229 OF 2024 By Margaret Wamuyu Maina, of P.O. Box 80, Ol Joro Orok in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Maina Kuguria, who died at Nyahururu County Hospital in Kenya, on 21st March, 2015.
