TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 225 OF 2024 By (1) John Ngari Gathogo and (2) Peter Kimotho Gathogo, both of P.O. Box 658, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wangui Gathogo, who died at The Karen Hospital in Kenya, on 18th January, 2021. CAUSE NO. 251 OF 2024 By Rose Waithira Mwangi, of P.O. Box 41, Mukunda in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Mwangi Gacau, who died at Texas Cancer Centre, on 17th January, 2017. CAUSE NO. 325 OF 2024 By Lengochi Chibagwak Lokwawe, of P.O. Box 2003, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lokorano Lotekur Tiya, who died at Maundu Meri, on 28th December, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
