TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 102 OF 2024 By (1) Francis Nderitu Wamugunda and (2) Gerald Muriithi Wamugunda, both of P.O. Box 22–20303, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Wamugunda Ngunyi, who died at Kagaa Sub- location, on 22nd June, 2023. CAUSE NO. 284 OF 2024 By (1) John Wachira Githinji and (2) Catherine Wanjiru Kamau, both of P.O. Box 2003, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s widower and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josephine Nyambura Kamau, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Research and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 25th May, 2023. CAUSE NO. 332 OF 2024 By Josphine Wanjiku Hinga, of P.O. Box 11, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Hinga Mbaya, who died at Rurii Sub-location, on 19th February, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
