TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 35 OF 2024 By Dominic Mwathi Wagiita, of P.O. Box 141, Kinamba in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wagiita Thumbi Gichara alias Wigiita Thumbi Gichaga alias Wageita Thumbi alias Wagita Thumbi, who died at North Kinangop Catholic Hospital in Kenya, on 19th December, 2002. CAUSE NO. 143 OF 2024 By Juliah Wanja Githinji, of P.O. Box 705, Nanyuki in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Githinji Wachiuri, who died at Wasura, on 17th November, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
